RAW HAIR & QUALITY

What is raw hair?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected directly from India. It has not been steamed, chemically treated, silicone-coated, or altered in any way. Each bundle retains its natural cuticle alignment, texture, and character.

Is your hair truly raw?

Yes. All Eternal Rose Hair is 100% raw Indian hair, ethically sourced and left completely untouched. No steam processing, no acid baths, no texture alteration.

Will all bundles look exactly the same?

No. And that is intentional.

Because this is authentic raw hair, slight variations in color, density, and texture may occur between bundles. These natural differences are a hallmark of true raw hair and part of what makes it luxurious.

TEXTURE QUESTIONS

What is the difference between Straight, Natural Wave, and Deep Curl?

Straight: Naturally straight with soft movement and shine
Natural Wave: Loose, flowing waves that appear after washing and air drying
Deep Curl: Defined curls with natural volume and bounce when hydrated

All textures can be straightened and will revert to their natural pattern after washing.

Will the wave or curl pattern be visible out of the package?

Raw hair may appear looser when first received. The true texture becomes most visible after washing and conditioning.

LONGEVITY & CARE

How long does raw hair last?

With proper care, our raw hair is designed to last for years. Many clients enjoy their hair for 3–5+ years, depending on usage, styling habits, and maintenance.

Does raw hair shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is normal, especially during the first few washes. Because our hair is cuticle-aligned, tangling is minimal with proper care.

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes. Raw hair can be colored, bleached, or toned. We strongly recommend using a professional stylist, as improper coloring can affect longevity.

Can I use heat on the hair?

Yes. Heat styling is safe when used responsibly. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to maintain the hair’s integrity.
