Eternal Rose Hair sells 100% raw, unprocessed human hair. Once hair has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

By placing an order with Eternal Rose Hair, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Raw hair may vary slightly in color, texture, wave or curl pattern, and density. These variations are natural characteristics of authentic raw hair and are not considered defects.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect length or texture selection

  • Color variations

  • Curl or wave pattern differences

  • Shipping delays outside of our control

Incorrect or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive:

• An incorrect item, or

• An item that is damaged upon arrival

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Conditions That Void Any Claim

We cannot assist if:

• The hair has been worn, installed, cut, colored, bleached, washed, altered, or tampered with

• The original packaging has been removed or damaged

• The claim is submitted after 48 hours of delivery

Shipping & Customs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services
